Panicked shoppers have taken to Walmart, Target and Publix to find basic necessities like hand soap and toilet paper are completely sold out.
Insiders speculate that a seedy toilet paper black market is forming and the truck was ordered to carry the last free market toilet paper to an undisclosed location unknown.
